My overview windows change size and position randomly after dock / undock. Cleared cache, restarted client... nope still not working properly. Very annoying. |

So, just out of curiosity: did the QA department have a look at this patch or it was released with a 'let's see what happens' attitude? |

Could you try resetting the window positions to default in the ESC menu, Reset Settings, and see if that helps with the overview/station services moving around when docking/undocking? Not a guaranteed fix, but this seems to do it for a lot of players.
I would like a solution that does not involve a few hours of work to redo all my overview on all my accounts. I would also really like seeing in the next patch notes something that says 'We finally fixed the window manager so that all windows will remember settings forever and ever and never do weird stuff again'. I am a developer myself and while I can understand problems with shaders, renderers or other things like that, I do believe that window managers are not rocket science.
tl;dr: CCP, please fix the window manager so we don't get our overview borked every couple of major patches. |

Regardless of the above I'd recommend exporting and backing up your overview settings just in case of cache corruption.
Wrong choice of words. By overview I meant position of every window in my UI. Indeed, not as tedious as the overview settings, but not exactly what I would like to do instead of, you know... playing Eve. |

There's a button in the upper left corner that transports you to your quarters.
